At EyeRide we’ve built our reputation on offering quality products and we are proud to stand behind them. Your EyeRide frames are covered under our 1 year limited warranty .

Damages: Our warranty covers all problems (except scratched lenses) related to manufacturing defects that occur while you own the frames. If they break under normal usage, we’ll fix or replace them for you—just send us your damaged frames and $9, which covers shipping and handling and we’ll send you a brand new pair or another style if we’re out of stock.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WEEKS PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL WARRANTY EVALUATIONS.
